How does DESOTEE handle refunds and returns?

 

Desotee operates on a print-on-demand model, ensuring that each product is crafted uniquely upon receiving an order. Consequently, the company does not facilitate returns or exchanges in cases where customers have selected the wrong size, color, or have had a change of preference.

Nevertheless, should you encounter a damaged product or identify a manufacturing error, Desotee extends a complimentary replacement or refund option, granted that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly connect with our team via support mail desotte.info@gmail.com and include a well-defined photo illustrating the problem. After that our team will share the photos with our production team. If there is damaged product & manufacturing error found by production team. It will take under 30 days for replace or refund.

Important: Refunds are credited to your PayPal account balance. You have the option to withdraw this amount and transfer it back to the initial payment method. It's essential to be aware that if your chosen billing currency differs from the United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be directly returned to the original payment source.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Desotee will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

 

 

 

 

How can I report an issue with my order?

If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Note

Refunds are issued to your Paypal account balance. You can withdraw this amount back to the original payment method

To report an issue with your order

  1. Log in to your Desotee account and navigate to the Orders tab.

  2. In the Desotee orders tab, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it to open order details. Then click on the Submit issue below the affected product.

  3. Next, select the type of issue (tracking status, request refund, request reprint), and proceed to upload a photo of the product if required.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

 

If the order hasn’t been sent to production yet

You can cancel or make changes to your order by accessing your Desotee account. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method.

 

Note

If you would like to make changes to the product that is already in an “On hold” order – you’ll need to create a duplicate product and edit the order to replace the product.

 

If the order has been sent to production

Design change

Once an order enters the production phase, making changes to the product’s design is not recommended. Due to technical variations among Print Providers, either the original or the updated design may be printed.

Address change

To request an address change, click on the order in your account, followed by Edit:

 

Note

At this stage, address change is not guaranteed to be possible, as the order may already be prepared for shipping.

Cancellation

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to request cancellation at this point.

Keep in mind that canceling the order only on your sales channel won't result in the corresponding Desotee order being canceled. To request cancellation on Desotee, please click on the order in your account, followed by Cancel order. If this option is unavailable, it means that the order has already entered the production process.

You will see the status of your cancellation request on the same page.

 

Note

Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered the production process. 

At this stage, it won’t be possible to edit or remove any of the products.
